SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. However, 3-day, 2 day and next day shipping are available. Freight carriers are available for large orders.  International orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the availability to your country and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries take 5-7 days. Freight carriers are available for large orders. Shipping on all orders is to be pre-paid, and we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.  To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by GGI Logistics. 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. Standard shipping methods include FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service. 
CLAIMS
Discrepancies MUST be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. There are no returns for international orders.  If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity then call us immediately at 951-790-6570 or email us on the contact us page.
We can charge you and email you a return label for USPS, UPS or FedEx so you can drop off your package at any of their facilities or if you have a daily pickup from one of those carriers at your work. This is not free and you will be charged for it.  All returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of management.  No returns will be accepted of damaged or used items. Purchase insurance on your return package! If the package arrives here crushed by your carrier, we WILL refuse the package.  Any unused merchandise, in the original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are no returns on Beauty Products or Opened or Used Items
I addition to the US, we currently ship internationally.  International orders are shipped via FedEx and include all customs, duties, and taxes.  If you are charged any additional fees at delivery, please email us at ggilogistics9111@gmail.com.
